Ad Privacy Choices
Manage choices in the App
The easiest way to review available advertising privacy controls is inside PDF Scanner & Tools.
Open Settings
Open PDF Scanner & Tools and select the Settings tab.
Tap “Ad Privacy Choices”
The App will request the advertising privacy-options interface when one is available for your region or current consent state.
Review available controls
Follow the options shown to review or update eligible advertising consent and privacy preferences.
Personalized and non-personalized ads
Depending on your region and choices, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or otherwise restricted by the advertising platform. The exact controls available to you are determined by applicable requirements and the advertising platform.
iOS tracking permission
If iOS presents an App Tracking Transparency permission request, you can choose whether to allow tracking. You can review that setting later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, where available.
Your documents are separate from ads
We do not send PDF contents, scanned page images, extracted document text, signatures, document passwords, or other document content to advertising providers for ad targeting.
Google advertising privacy information
The App may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google’s privacy practices and advertising technologies are described in its own documentation and privacy policy.
